I am a passionate California Business Attorney who enjoys
litigation in the areas of business, corporate law, investments,
securities, and real estate. I believe strategy is what wins
cases, and that is what I bring to support the interests of every
client.
I obtained my Juris Doctorate from Golden
Gate University School of Law in San Francisco in 2005, am a
licensed attorney on the California Bar, and a member of the
Marin County Bar Association. I am also a member of the
American Society of International law, and American Bar
Association's Sections of Business Law, Real Estate Law,
Intellectual Property Law, and Litigation.
I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. Thereafter,
I engaged
in extensive consulting in the areas of business development,
and business strategy, business enhancement, marketing, and
ebusiness management. I negotiated the formation of
over 50 business relationships after founding my own consulting
company in 2000. I maintained a perfect record with the Better
Business Bureau throughout all of my consulting endeavors.
